French-speaking UAE residency and company formation advisory

Guide

Setting up a Dubai company as an Algerian national

For Algerian entrepreneurs, two topics dominate: access to foreign currency and the credibility of the banking file. Both are prepared upfront.

Source and routing of funds

Algerian exchange controls sharply restrict outbound transfers. In practice, strong files rely on income already held abroad, an existing export activity, or the founder's European residence.

We accept no opaque arrangements: the source of funds must be documented, or the UAE bank will close the account.

UAE entry and status change

Depending on your passport and situation, entry is via a prior visa or an entry permit tied to your company. The status change then happens in-country, with the medical test and Emirates ID.

Choosing the jurisdiction

For consulting, international trading or digital work, a free zone is enough. To sell to UAE clients or government, a mainland structure is preferable.

Dual nationals and European residents

An Algerian based in France or Belgium follows the standard European path: the central question becomes exiting the host country's tax residency.
